Arthur Lee Smith

Arthur Lee Smith was born March 18, 1926 to Tommie Fred Smith and Mary Virginia Smith in Boligee, Alabama. He relocated to Birmingham, AL as a young adult.  He married in 1947 to Annie Jane Richardson and had five Children. One of his passions in life was his career as an interstate truck driver of the Big Riggs.  He had many stories of his adventures as he traveled all over the country, stories he loved to share. We are blessed that he learned of God’s love for him and accepted Christ as his Savior. He departed this life February 3, 2018. He was preceded in death by a daughter – Carolyn Bernice Smith. He leaves to cherish his memories: (Son) Arthur Lee Smith Jr.(Toni) of Birmingham, AL, (Daughter) Mary Louise Madison of Birmingham, AL,  (Son) Freddie Lee Smith (Sylvia) of Topeka, Kansas, (Son) Thomas Fred Smith (Jacqueline) of Birmingham, AL.,  10 grandchildren,  30 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
