A beautiful life ended May 11, 2018 when Sharon Renee Speigner Gross was called home to be with the Lord. We know she is at rest with our Heavenly Father. The Lord took from her all pain and took her to himself, where there is no pain and no burden of a tear. There are three steps to Heaven: Out of self, Into Christ and Into Glory.
Sharon Renee Speigner Gross was born to Leola M. Swift Speigner and Albert Speigner Sr. whom preceded her in death. She confessed Christ as her personal Savior and united in membership with Freewill Missionary Baptist Church and later with Agape Missionary Baptist Church until her death.
She attended the University of Phoenix where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business.
She was preceded in death by her brother Albert Speigner Jr. of Gadsden, Alabama.
She leaves behind to cherish and honor her memory: two loving, dedicated and devoted daughters, Halrisha (Kenneth) McCoy of McCalla, Alabama and Keona (Phillip) Speigner Green of Alabaster, Alabama; a loving and caring husband, Greg Gross; a devoted and loving mother, Leola M. Swift Speigner; two loving sisters, Carolyn (Jerome) Adams of Gadsden, Alabama and Hollery (Clarence) Harris of Calera, Alabama; three loving brothers, Jerome Speigner of Calera, Alabama, Rodney (Delencia) Johnson of Alabaster, Alabama, and Dennis Gaiters of Calera, Alabama; two beloved grandchildren, Mazairo Speigner and Maziyah Green both of Calera, Alabama; a devoted, special and treasured lifelong friend, Marilyn G. Wilson of Birmingham, Alabama; a special family friend, Terese Williams; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
