Letelkia Danielle Martin

On June 17, 1978, God stopped by Forestdale, AL. and blessed Rev. & Mrs. Willie Martin with a baby daughter whom they lovingly named Letelkia Danielle “Dee” Martin. She attended Elementary School at Bottenfield and graduated from Ensley High School. She furthered her education at the University of Alabama with a graduate degree from the School of Dentistry. She continued her education with a degree in criminal justice. She confessed Christ at an early age and was baptized by Rev. Dr. Johnathan McPherson, Sr. at St. John Baptist Church Edgewater. She later joined her father’s church, New Beginning Missionary Baptist Church in Pell City, AL. where she was an active, loyal and dutiful member. She was preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents, 8 aunts and one uncle.

She will lovely be cherished and remembered  by her parents, Rev. Willie and Cressie Martin; Precious memories will always be with her sons, Lejordon and Baby Wilson; Godson, Jaylen; Brother, Cecil Martin; Also who cherish her memories are aunts, Sylvia Stallworth, Gloria Ann (Deacon Michael) Jones, Vernolmia Carter, Catherine (William) Birdsong, Carolyn Martin, Sebrevia Martin and Ruth Martin; Uncle, Ed Daniel Stallworth; and a host of cousins, other relatives and special friends.
