Michael Small

Michael Dante Small was born on January 30,1956 to the loving parents Willie and Bernice Small in Birmingham, Al.  Michael accepted Christ at the early age and joined Trinity Baptist Church. He received education from the Birmingham Public School system where he graduated from John H. Phillips high in 1974. After high school he joined the Air Force.

He departed this life unexpectedly on December the 7 2020.  He is preceded in death by his daughter Mekima Davis and his mother Bernice Small.  Michael leaves to cherish his loving memories: his dad Willie Small; three sister's Sheila Small-Everson,  Malinda Terry, and Nadira Mickel; his children Vanesia and Dr. Michael Grady; grandchildren Charles Davis, Adrian "Aj'' Toliver, and Grayson and Autumn Grady and one great grand Erica Davis; and a host of aunts/ uncles, cousins, friends and church family.

 "Although Heaven gained an angel, your presence will be missed here on Earth. Time is the one thing not promised, because our number was already accounted for at birth.  We know you are in a better place with our Father so there is no more hurt and pain.  Michael you have your wings now, and through us your memories will remain."
