Officer Alfara Franklin, Sr

Alfara Torez Franklin Sr. was born in Fairfield, AL on February 28, 1982 to Mr. & Mrs. Willie J. Franklin.  He attended grade school in Bessemer, AL and graduated high school from Victory Christian Academy.  Alfara confessed Christ at an early age and later joined Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church under Pastor Emanuel Foster.

Alfara met the love of his life and high school sweetheart in 1998.  To this union four children were born: three sons and one daughter.

Alfara Attended Law Enforcement Academy in Tuscaloosa, AL. He had a 15-year career in law enforcement where he served in Lipscomb, Brighton, Moody, Lawson State, Midfield, Western Hills Mall, and most recently finished with Fairfield Police Department.  Officer Franklin was beginning a career with Birmingham PD.

He leaves to cherish his memories: a loving wife Andrea; sons: Alfara Jr, Amarion, and Armonie; daughter Amari; a loving mother Pat Franklin, five sisters, three brothers, uncles, aunts, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
